Although Michelin stars are one of the most prestigious titles awarded to a restaurant, there is a darker side to the stars. Many chefs have been speaking out about the elite rating becoming more of a curse with pressures to maintain this title. This editorial piece looks at both sides of the star rating, good and bad—the project is highlighted by a long menu style format with tight typography contrasting with rough handwriting and sketches.
